As an organisation, we run a number of arts-based activities for and by people with Learning Disabilities. The ethos is to provide a safe, positive environment for people to express themselves creatively through the Arts.
Creating Connections is a weekly arts-based workshop. It runs every Tuesday at 2 pm. Some examples of workshops are Drama, Storytelling, Visual Art, Dance, Music, and games.
Moon Music is a weekly Music workshop based around Community Music principles. It runs every Thursday at 2 pm. There are also visiting Artists and Facilitators – who lead sessions in their chosen genre, songwriting, and composing techniques. Moon Music has written and recorded their first E.P. and is currently working on material for their next E.P.!
