Balmoral Show 2021

Main Arena

Throughout the four days of the show, the Main Arena hosts many attractions including the exhilarating Bolddog Lings Freestyle Team. Visits can also watch International Show Jumping classes and the annual Polo Exhibition.

Livestock

Over 3,500 animals are entered into the show each year to compete for prized red rosettes and the prestigious Balmoral Championship titles. The 2021 Show will feature a display of sheep, representing the many breeds usually seen at Balmoral.

Entertainment Zone

The whole family can enjoy endless hours of fun at the dedicated Entertainment Zone. With lots of activities on offer, visitors can expect to be educated, entertained and excited!

Show Jumping

The Show Jumping programme at Balmoral begins on Wednesday morning with three national competitions. Over 3 days, competitors such as Geoff Billington, Dermott Lennon and Greg Broderick will compete in International Showjumping classes.

Children’s Farm

The children can enjoy getting up close and personal with their favourite cuddly farm yard animals. The Ark Open Farm give children the opportunity to hold, stroke and feed the baby animals while the more daring visitors can meet snakes, tarantulas and more.

Healthy Horticulture

Green fingered enthusiasts are invited to explore the herd and wildlife gardens of the horticultural area, hosted by CAFRE and Ulster Beekeepers.

Learn about social farming, meet the growers of fruit and vegetables in NI and discover how horticulture is good for our planet as well as our physical and mental health.
